Welcome to OilGasNavigator. By accessing our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

OilGasNavigator offers professional training, career guidance, and consulting services in the Oil & Gas sector (“Services”).

2. Infoproducts

Our digital offerings include e-learning courses, webinars, and downloadable materials (“Infoproducts”).

3. Goods

We also supply selected physical materials and branded merchandise (“Goods”).

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

To request a refund of fees for Services, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be issued if no more than 20% of the scheduled service hours have been delivered. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days. Alternatively, you may elect to apply the paid amount as credit toward future Services.

4.2 Infoproducts

Digital Infoproducts are eligible for a refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and less than 10% of the content has been accessed. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

4.3 Goods

Physical Goods may be refunded or shared if reported as defective within 30 days of receipt. Items must be sent back in original packaging. Once the Goods are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.4 No-Refund Services

Certain specialized workshops and exclusive mentoring programs are limited in availability and require nonrefundable commitment. Purchases of these programs are final due to the bespoke nature of resource allocation and scheduling constraints.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule Services up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur an administrative fee or result in forfeiture of the session at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms
